Privacy policy

Out of Network is a business name of Imaginary Labs LLC ("we"). This policy covers api.outofnetwork.tv and the Out of Network desktop apps that sign in to it, starting with the Buckit launcher.
What we collect
- From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We ask Google for nothing else, and never see your Google password.
- Whether you have access: we keep a list of the email addresses allowed to sign in, and which apps each one may download.
- Server logs: each request to the server is logged with its time, address, IP address and browser or app details. Logs are deleted after 5 days.
- Bug reports: if you file one from an app, we keep what you write in it.
How we use it
Only to sign you in, decide which apps you can download, deliver them and their updates, keep the service secure and working, and fix the bugs you report. We don't sell your information, show you ads, or share it with anyone except the providers who run the service for us.
Who stores it
The server runs on DigitalOcean, files and backups are kept in Cloudflare R2, and sign-in goes through Google. Each handles the information only to provide its part of the service.
How long we keep it
Your account stays until you ask us to remove it or we remove your access. Backups of the database are kept for 7 days, so a removed account is gone from them within a week.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or to delete your account, at any time by writing to the address below. You can also revoke this app's access to your Google account from your Google account's security settings.
